    Lynette is the Chief Executive of the Singapore Space and Technology Limited (SSTL), previously the Singapore Space & Technology Association (SSTA). A leading pioneer space organisation in Southeast Asia spearheading awareness and adoption of space-related technologies, SSTL also collaborates with international organisations like the World Bank to identify use cases for satellite technologies for infrastructure planning and economic development.

    In her work, Lynette provides business management advisory, consulting, technical training for capability and talent development for the industry. In the fast-changing tech sector, Lynette identifies new opportunities and develops effective ways for government, companies, and individuals to partake in the emerging Asian space industry. She runs a space tech accelerator in Singapore and is also the Managing Partner of Project Cyclotron, an exclusive programme that assists early stage, deep tech, space start-ups. She plays an active role in building Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics interest amongst youths and young ladies. She is a Karman Fellow, an international award given to individuals whose achievements in space are outstanding. She is an advisor to German space startup MyelinS.

    Her commercial experience includes a management position in the M&A division in a global pharmaceutical company. She also spent six years in the Singapore government service which included a role as the centre director in the Asia Pacific team.

    Lynette received her Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Stanford. She was awarded the highest distinction and the Alumni Award in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois – Urbana Champaign.
