    Lyndon Pryor is Chief Engagement Officer for the Louisville Urban League where he works to enhance the smooth and efficient integration of all services at the organization to maximize the potential outcomes for every League participant. Prior to his work with the Urban League, Lyndon served as a Student Development Specialist at Texas A&M University, where he aggressively worked to support students through crisis, design and administer programs that assist college students in their personal growth, and build their professional competencies and leadership skills. While in Texas, Mr. Pryor also co-founded and ran a nonprofit youth development organization targeting African American high school students with an emphasis on identity development, intercultural competency, goal setting, personal and academic achievement. Mr. Pryor is a proud former student of Texas A&M University, where he received a degree in Political Science. He also received his M.A. in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University.
