Luke is a former smart city programme manager at Bristol City Council where he secured a £33m pipeline of technology projects. As co-founder and CEO, he now leads a rapidly growing tech start-up called Homelync - an Internet of Things business aimed at tackling issues like fuel poverty, wellbeing and more efficient repairs in social housing. He is a Member of the Open Data Institute, and a Winston Churchill and RSA Fellow. Luke holds an MSc in Leadership and Management from Warwick Business School.
