Lucy is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Associate fellow of the British Psychological Society and Vice Chair of the ABP (Association for Business Psychology). She brings her passion and understanding of psychology to the world of business to help people become more effective in their performance at work.
Lucy started work at JP Morgan Chase as graduate recruitment manager before joining strategy consulting firm LEK Consulting as Global head of recruitment. She switched into consulting and worked for a number of years before going freelance once she started having a young family. Lucy now works on an entrepreneurial and voluntary basis: as Vice chair of the ABP she is helping shape and operate a not for profit organisation. Her entrepreneurial ambitions are realised through neutrain (a not for profit platform sharing training materials) and ViewVo – a start up idea giving people practical opportunities to learn about different jobs by paying to shadow those doing them.
