Prior to becoming an integral life coach and empowering 1000+ people to land jobs in tech in Silicon Valley, Lucy got her career start working as a scribe at a hospital in downtown Las Vegas. Her experiences and stories from her time in healthcare translated to landing multiple offers in 2014, including a leadership role at Apple, where she created trainings about empathy, cultivating a culture of feedback, and many other areas vital to building and sustaining an inclusive culture for years. She went on to coach job seeking software engineers, and in 2019, co-founded WorkWell, a Job Search + Interview Skills Accelerator and learning community. She deeply believes in the gifts and competence that women and the black/brown community have to positively impact tech.
