Lucila is a UX and innovation consultant that has been working in joining the dots between people and technology for over a decade. She has been engaged in projects that range from applying the Human-Centered Design process to solving large scale government challenge to running workshops and classes to help clients apply the principles of design in their day-to-day activities.

She has studied and worked in Europe, South America the Caribbean and Asia, helping big organizations turn nebulous ideas into concrete digital strategies.

Lucila loves non-hierarchical teams where everyone knows what the right thing is and no-one needs anyone’s permission to do it.
