Louis is the Founder and Principal Data Consultant of White Box, a data science consultancy based in Sydney. Louis has 20 years of hands-on experience, building and delivering data solutions for clients around the globe. He started his career in London, working for companies like Acxiom and Epsilon, transforming data and building models for Direct Marketing campaigns. A move to a strategic data consultancy in the heart of Soho in London fueled his hunger for learning, whilst working in a team of 20 data analysts (there were no data scientists, engineers, wranglers back then, they did everything!).

Before leaving London for Sydney, Louis took the reins of Analytics Manager in a digital marketing agency, building the team's capabilities and delivering, at the time, state of the art predictive analytics using web interaction data. Ten years ago Louis landed in Sydney and helped build the data analysis side of MercerBell, a marketing agency now owned by Publicis. Once he established with the ways of working in Australia, Louis founded White Box to take on client data problems directly, delivering a range of solutions, from strategic data planning, developing dashboards/visualisations and building predictive models.
