Her background is 10 years of customer services, working in a range of roles from sales and complaints, to administration and supervision. She has a passion for life and loves learning new things. Striving to learn is what led her into the world of technology. She jumped ship from her customer service career and took a deep dive into learning how to program by attending General Assembly's Web Development Immersive course. In a three month time span she had the skills and confidence to apply for junior web development roles, and has never looked back.
She firmly believes that anyone can learn to code, and loves speaking with women and girls about working in STEM fields.
