Logan Allender began roasting coffee in 2009 while attending Texas A&M University. After graduation, Logan went to work with Cuvee Coffee and within one year was placed in charge of all coffee production. In 2015, Logan was selected for Zagat’s list of 30 under 30. In addition to overseeing all coffee roasting and cold coffee brewing, Logan helps Cuvee source green coffee from all over the world and is directly involved with the company’s multi-million dollar cold coffee brewery expansion.
