    Lizzy (LEE-see) Diaz-Ortiz is a food enthusiast known as Kitchen Nomad on Instagram and her occasional blog where she shares her latest food adventures. Growing up in the military, Lizzy lived and travelled around the world exposing her to various foods and cultures.
