    Liz Perez is the National Associate Director of Equity and Inclusion at Year Up overseeing content design, training & learning, strategic communications, change management, and workforce analytics. Previously, she worked on the Sales Operations and Support team managing data and research solutions for the Sales team for three years in Boston. Before Year Up, Liz worked in technology research and consulting at Forrester helping CMOs and CIOs better understand how to measure their brand performance, improve marketing ROI, and track customer life cycles. Her passions have always been in social and economic justice having started her career at a microfinance non-profit Capital Good Fund improving financial literacy in low-income communities. Liz is a Los Angeles native, and the proud daughter of Puerto Rican and Honduran immigrants. In her spare time, she enjoys reading & learning, listening to Freakonomics podcasts, dancing, playing volleyball, and advocating for the rights of undocumented communities.
