Liz Oertle is CEO/CMO and Co-Founder of Nanno, a web (and soon-to-be mobile) app that matches parents with great sitters and nannies on-demand. She received her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School. Before launching Nanno, Liz was a business attorney, first in New York and later in Denver. In 2016, she founded the Independent Law Group, a disruptive alternative to conventional law firms that enables solo and small-firm attorneys to give their clients big-law legal services at a fraction of the cost. She’s also worked as a freelance journalist and editor. She was named a Superlawyer Rising Star in 2017 and 2018, and was named one of 20 Female Founders to Watch by Boulder Bits in 2018. Liz is passionate about using constructive capitalism and disruptive technology to address social issues, primarily those faced by parents and kids. She lives in Denver, CO, with her husband and two daughters.
