Lisbi is a seasoned technology and operations professional with over 24 years of experience in partnering with clients and bringing new products to market under tight resource constraints. He has a strong background in running and optimizing offshore development and testing operations centers with a focus on delivery excellence, new solution development and career planning for associates.
His past roles include running the India delivery organization and all solution development for Lionbridge Technologies' Global Enterprise Solutions division, as their Chief Technology Officer and Vice President and creating the offshore product development practice for Alliance Global Services. Prior to joining Alliance, Lisbi was a divisional Chief Technology Officer for several major divisions at American International Group (including their Domestic Brokerage Group and Financial Services Division). He was also a Director of Applications Development at Fidelity Investments. Lisbi has a BSE in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and a MBA in Management and Marketing from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
