Lisa's background is unusual; casual readers often fail to see the connection between each of her roles. But, Lisa sums in up in one sentence: "My superpower is identifying insight at the nexus of data and people; it's been the essential quality for success in each of my roles."

Lisa spent 10 years at the CIA as a Targeting Officer, spotting and assessing intelligence talent for approach and handling by the National Clandestine Service, while building and leading teams on high-priority account including Iraq, Afghanistan, and Syria. After leaving government Lisa spent 3 years at Premier Talent Partners, leading the Direct Hire vertical and corporate strategy and plans. Lisa recently joined Tesla to help lead a 10x growth plan for of Tesla's Global Security Org.

Lisa is a Bay Area native, and lives in Oakland with her husband and kids.
