I’m a user experience designer currently working for a design consulting company called Symplicit. Coming from a graphic design background my first taste of UX design was in 2015 when I interned for a a e-commerce start-up, and my boss handed me the book "Lean UX for startups" by by Laura Klein. This started my passion for research and user driven design. Since then, I’ve worked as a designer for everything from other start-ups, to universities, to major banks.
What I enjoy most about being a designer is the variety. Some days I’ll be talking to users, others I’ll be synthesising research, collaborating with stakeholders, running workshops or producing high fidelity designs.
