    Lisa is the Senior Diversity Manager at Pandora and a self-proclaimed diversity geek who spends 90% of her time thinking about a more equitable society that can be achieved through tech. Prior to Pandora, Lisa started her career in tech as one of the early employees at Facebook. During her seven years there, she worked in user operations, product operations, and diversity at Facebook. She also founded & chaired Facebook's Asian American Pacific Islander Employee Resource Group.

    A graduate of UC Berkeley, Lisa was listed on Angry Asian Man's list of 30 Most Influential Asian Americans under 30 in 2009 and is the recipient of the 2011 San Francisco Emerging Leader Asian American Heritage Award. She co-chairs the Bay Area National Asian Pacific American Women's Forum and serves on the board of Asian Americans for Civil Rights and Equality. Lisa's favorite Pandora stations are Maxwell, Robert Glasper, and SZA.
