Lisa Dusseault is an experienced technical entrepreneur with a keen interest in making complex systems accessible and manageable. She is CTO and founder of Compaas, the first Compensation Intelligence Platform. Lisa is listed among30 Female CTOs to Watch in 2019.
Prior to Compaas, Lisa has led engineering at startups Calaborate (while having a baby!) and ShareTheVisit. She built low-cost high-scale systems at Smule and Linden Lab, and managed multi-functional teams at Open Source Application Foundation and Xythos. She has served as chair and director of Internet standards groups. She is the author of a book on the WebDAV standard as well as a couple obscure knitting patterns.
