I am originally from Kingston, Jamaica, but have been living in NYC for over 20 years. I found my earliest career footing in New York’s fashion industry. There I gained years of experience with design, product development and management…but I also learned a fundamental truth from working directly with customers: It matters not how delightful a design is… if it fails to answer the needs of the user, it is pointless. This list the heart of UX & UX is the heart of my process. UXDI has been the perfect entry-point for me to pivot my career and contribute in the digital space. General Assembly gave me all the tools and support I needed, and I am thrilled to now offer this enriching experience to others.
