Lily Andemariam is a Sr. Product Manager turned Founder of Product South, a company focused on getting more diverse talent into the tech space through education and connection. She started her career as a people manager at Macy's through their Executive Development Program. Since then, she has held multiple positions in Sales, Customer Experience, CRM, Mobile and Innovation Product Management at Macy's, Uniqlo and Delta Airlines. She has spent the last ~5yrs as a Product Manager in San Francisco, CA and Atlanta, GA. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, eating and exploring the world.
