Lia grew up in Vail, Colorado, and attended the University of Colorado at Boulder for undergrad where she received an interdisciplinary Bachelor's in International Affairs with a History minor. Her time spent in the Leeds School of Business during that time sparked her interest in the craft of driving business results with data, so she returned to her alma mater for an MS in Business Analytics the following year. Her coursework included an internship at Denver Health, sponsored by Owens and Minor, where her project helped to drive better patient results using real-life data from the Cath Lab and Operating Room. After graduating from CU (again), she joined the Analytics Team at Return Path, where she continues to learn something new every day!
