Leo's worked at Philosophie for the last 5 years executing the non-creative operative functions of the company. Over this time, Philosophie's moved 4 times finally landing a permanent home in Santa Monica. He helped design and manage the buildout of all office spaces, and having a construction background, would get his hands dirty taking down walls, or building them. With the current office space, he wasn't satisfied with the furniture that what was out on the market, so he custom hand-make all the furniture currently used in the space. While very hands-on, he does recognize there's plenty of solutions that can be applied to truly make the space you work in yours and yours alone.
