While leading and building teams at companies like The Honest Company, SpaceX, and Nike, her corporate work has centered on teaching companies how to identify, hire, and build top-performing and inclusive teams.

After personally interviewing and hiring thousands of people, she began her coaching practice to educate and share this knowledge.
