Lee Finewood is a Program Manager for Technology Transfer at the National Nuclear Security Administration, where he has built his expertise. He has been fundamental in engaging with industry, academia, and others via the Office of Strategic Partnerships Programs at the NNSA. Prior to this, he worked in Federal Service for over a decade in emergency operations and non-proliferation and came to Washington DC as a Science and Technology Policy Fellow at the National Academy of Sciences. Lee graduated with a Master's in Strategic Security Studies from the National Defense University.
