Lee Boole is a Senior L&D Manager at General Assembly. She’s spent the past decade + in Human Resources, training, and recruiting, internally at GA and previously at global communications giant Ogilvy & Mather. Prior to that, she was on the client-side providing HR consultative services to white collar firms and startups in NYC.
She’s had a strong focus on developing people managers, starting while she pursued her master’s degree in HR Management at Georgetown, and continuing at GA where she’s shaped and run the organization’s manager training program.
