For several years, I’ve worked for a management consulting firm and for a design-led digital software company. As a lead business designer, I learned about and extensively used design thinking and the human centred approach. I designed solutions for students of a tertiary education institution, for mining managers at a facility services provider, for commodity traders at a top-tier investment bank, for sales leaders at a mortgage provider group. I became passionate about designing experiences, solving strategic problems, working in dynamic team environments and sharing my knowledge and experiences with wider groups.
