Leah "Miss" Manners is the founder and host of Hip Hop Hooray on KOOP 91.7FM, the longest-running underground and conscious hip-hop radio show in Austin. She co-founded Austin Mic Exchange in 2012 and Weird City Hip Hop Festival in 2014.
