Leah Hurwich Adler is a Senior Product Manager on Wayfair.com's Site Performance team. She is responsible for improving web page load and response times. Leah first broke into Tech when she was hired as the 40th employee at Jet.com in August 2014. There she started as an Operations Manager on Jet's Pricing team before moving into Product Management, and eventually becoming the Product Lead for Competitive Intelligence across Jet and Walmart.com. Leah is passionate about teaching and understanding the impact of technical decisions on end user experiences.
