As both the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Innovation Officer for Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), Leah saw the need and opportunity for change in tradition bound healthcare organizations. Subsequently, through her work with Prime Health, Leah engaged with digital health startups that are creating leading-edge healthcare solutions. Leveraging this experience and her national network, Leah currently serves as the COO for Amplify Labs, a company committed to solving the toughest problems in healthcare by connecting industry executives with innovators so, together, they can create the future of healthcare, today.
Leah also serves as a consultant to startups, is a partner with VIM Executive Coaching and volunteers for several organizations dedicated to improving healthcare and driving innovation, including HealthTeamWorks and 10.10.10.
