Lauren is a strategic communicator and analyst specializing in social media and digital marketing. During her career thus far, she's worked with a variety of clients/ organizations across industries, including General Motors, Burger King, Popeyes, Tim Hortons, Cisco, Google, and AT&T. Lauren is currently working on-site at Toyota’s North America Headquarters as a Senior Technical Account Manager for the social media agency Social Factor. She enjoys finding new and innovative ways to tell brand stories and better listen and respond to the voice of the customer. She received a journalism degree with an emphasis in PR/ strategic communications from the University of North Texas, where she was recognized as the top public relations student in her class. Lauren lives in McKinney with her husband and rescue pups Nala and Penny.
