After personally interviewing and placing 1,000's of candidates over my 20 years in recruiting, I grew tired of watching qualified candidates make the same mistakes repeatedly when it came to their interviewing, LinkedIn profiles, networking, follow-up, and all things in between.

In 2015, I left the corporate world to run my own business as a recruiter, be independent, be my own boss — to be happy. What I quickly realized was that my unhappiness wasn't being in a corporation. It was recruiting. How is that? How do you spend 20 years excelling in a career only to realize you never really liked it in the first place. I fell into recruiting and every job that followed. I never took the time to ask myself what I love doing, ultimately making me the happiest. It was my a-ha moment. It was when I realized I loved helping my candidates transform. I loved helping them feel prepare, feel confident, hold their hand along the way.

Since then, I've helped thousands of people land jobs that they never dreamed they could —jobs that make them utterly happy. My clients are earning money they ever thought they could with my salary negotiation techniques. They are truly aligned!
