Laura is responsible for co-creating and delivering progressive human centred workplace solutions to a dynamic and innovative 200+ person digital product studio, operating in London, Malmö, New York and Sydney.
She's on a mission to help people to work smart and live well through the adoption of progressive HR practice that is human centred and has diversity at its core. She has been working at ustwo for just over 6 years as People Lead and been a part of some great work to help raise awareness and employment standards in areas such as family care, inclusion and wellbeing.Yorkshire born but my home is Walthamstow where I live with my partner and 5 year son. Trying to raise a feminist and get through motherhood bruise free.
