Laura leads Talent at Bolt. She comes to Bolt after building Riskified’s US Go-to-Market and G&A teams, and is now responsible for scaling the fastest-growing payments startup (ever).

Earlier in her career, Laura held people operations leadership positions with Cue Connect and Robert Half. She brings experience in corporate social responsibility and data science to bear on talent acquisition, allowing her to drive 10x on traditional recruiting channels.

In her free time, Laura dabbles in photography and environmental advocacy. She’s energized by the intersection of doing well and doing good, and is excited about empowering independent brands with Bolt.
