Laura founded marketing consultancy The Kind three years ago in order to leave the corporate 9-5 and take control of her schedule. Working with SME's such as women's rights groups, to bigger well known names such as the Tower of London, Laura is keen to ensure the companies she works with are having a positive output on digital platforms often causing mental harm on its audiences. She is also a keen supporter of ensuring young people have the skills to use social media safely and to their benefit and often runs school workshops.

Additionally, Laura was keen to become a remote-working-female-founder in order to pursue her other career as a professional singer. She is now lucky enough to balance her work around touring the world with House Gospel Choir and writing songs that have been heard from as far and wide as Sky Sports and the NFL to Portuguese Soap Operas. In her words, she's literally "living the dream".
