Latanya (LT) Hilton has been a champion for social good and underserved communities for more than 15 years. Born into a family of educators, creatives and activists, she is dedicated to ensuring that innovative change-makers and mission-driven organizations have the culture forward resources they need to advance positive change in today’s society. Through her roles in fund development and executive leadership, she has raised over $22 million to support education and nonprofit organizations.
She is a Founding Ambassador with The Ambassadors Circle, a collective on a mission to inspire and equip our tribes to Do More Good. In her role as Ambassador, she focuses her efforts across nine passion areas that touch all of our lives. She also works to #producemoregood by offering full-service fundraising, marketing, and production services to help amplify the efforts of do-gooders who are leading some of the most important social movements of our time.
LT also served as the former Vice President of Development and Strategic Partnerships for the San Francisco-based Center for Youth Wellness. Part of a growing effort to revolutionize pediatric medicine and transform the way society responds to kids exposed to significant adverse childhood experiences and toxic stress, Center for Youth Wellness has garnered statewide and national acclaim for its work. As a member of the senior leadership, LT led the development, policy and communications teams and successfully pushed for statewide legislation that recognizes the impact of adverse childhood experiences.
She holds a Masters in Business Administration and a B.S.C. in Marketing from Santa Clara University.
