Larry Philips

Larry is a Managing Director in Mooreland Partner’s Greenwich office. He joined Mooreland in 2004 and focuses on the global software, interactive and business services industries. Drawing on over 20 years of investment banking, venture capital and operating management experience in information technology, Larry has completed numerous transactions at Mooreland and at predecessor firms, including Brown Brothers Harriman and Unterberg Harris.

In addition to his investment banking experience, Larry brought extensive operating and investment experience to Mooreland. He held general management roles at the media holding company PRIMEDIA, where he launched an interactive division, and subsequently started and ran and in-house corporate venture fund. He also has prior operating experience from roles as a CFO at technology start-up companies.
