LaRae Quy has never let herself fall victim to the "I can’t" mindset. That understanding informed her experience as an undercover and counterintelligence Special FBI agent, where she hunted and recruited spies. During LaRae’s time in the field, she developed the mental toughness to survive in environments of risk, uncertainty, and deception.
After leaving the FBI, LaRae took what she’d learned and founded her own business as a speaker, mental toughness coach, and author of two books, Secrets of a Strong Mind and Mental Toughness For Women Leaders: 52 Tips To Recognize and Utilize Your Greatest Strengths. Her most recent project is Secrets of a Strong Mind: Online, a program designed to increase confidence in the face of adversity.
LaRae grew up on a cattle ranch in Wyoming, but today calls Scottsdale, Arizona home. When she’s not working with people, you’ll find her spending time with Gus, her miniature Labradoodle.
