Having lived with the challenges of Mental Illness for over half his life, Lance turned the challenge into an opportunity starting up a Youth Mental Health focused organisation that travels the state delivering awareness education and wellbeing workshops to Young Adults in Schools and Sports clubs. LMLY launched in 2014 with prevention and awareness being the major focus, forming partnerships for their treatment pathway and helping community organisations change the culture surrounding how we deal with the challenges associated with Mental Illness. LMLY has 2 pillar awareness fundraising events - March with Me (Ultra challenge walk) and Ride with Me (Ultra Challenge Bike ride).
