Previously Founder of Eleanor Venture, Kylie brings over 20 years of experience in technology capital raising and M&A across Australia, Asia, and the United States. Throughout her legal career, Kylie has advised ASX200 and international companies on landmark deals across sectors including technology, agriculture, and consumer products.
Kylie has over a decade of boardroom experience, bringing expertise in critical incident response, risk management, and developing innovation capabilities.
Kylie holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Arts (International Studies). She has postgraduate qualifications in Change Management from the Australian Graduate School of Management and has studied leadership at Harvard Business School. Kylie lives in Sydney with her family and has healthy obsessions with the outdoors, small dogs, and dumplings.
