Kyle started his career as a financial advisor helping clients invest in stable, growing companies. He joined Vangst Talent in March 2016 and since then, has hosted two of the world's largest Cannabis Career Fairs, which both attracted over 2,500 attendees. He also helps growing companies around the country figure out what their hiring needs are and then helps them fill those roles with top talent. Vangst Talent focuses on finding and placing the entire gambit of roles within cannabis-focused companies, whether its c-level executives, lead cultivators, sales representatives, operations, and everything in between.
