One of Kwame's closest friends described him as having "the mind of an engineer and the soul of an artist." It took a while for Kwame to realize that meant he should be a designer. His career took him down a wandering path from engineer to product manager to designer, but the unifying theme is: build things that help others achieve. At Clover, he applies that mindset to managing people and designing software that supports the company's mission of providing better healthcare at lower cost. Outside of work he enjoys reading, long walks up big hills, snowboarding, and trying new recipes.
