As an introvert, Krystal needed to find a way to thrive in environments where extroverted peers are given priority for promotions and top projects, so she studied books on influence and charisma to teach herself how to stand out and be seen. The result was the 4 Keys to Influence, which she published in her 32-page workbook and shares with audiences nationally through workshops and online courses.
Krystal is the founder and CEO of Women of Denver, a social enterprise association she launched in 2014. Women of Denver provides opportunities for business women to build their business acumen, develop their power network, and earn their worth in the marketplace.
Krystal is a TEDx presenter and has been featured in numerous publications and podcasts including Forbes, Fast Company, Entrepreneur on Fire and the Denver Business Journal.
