    Krittika is a Product Analytics Engineer (essentially a Data Scientist) at Pluralsight, a tech skills platform seeking to democratize technology. Her team uses data science and analytics to shape the Pluralsight platform, helping guide users through an effective learning experience. Krittika also volunteers as a mentor, a member of the Community Advisory Council and as a Data Science consultant with Hack.Diversity -- an organization making the innovation economy of the Greater Boston Area more equitable and diverse.

    Prior to Pluralsight, Krittika worked as a Data Scientist with CVS Health, building systems to reduce prescription errors. She received her Ph.D. in Behavioral Neuroscience from The University of Texas at Austin, studying the effects of synthetic chemicals on the brain and behavior. In her spare time, Krittika enjoys fostering dogs, volunteering at the local zoo and playing the piano. Krittika is passionate about education, health, diversity and making our world a more equitable place.
