Kristina Francis, Founder and CEO of EsteemLogic, is reimagining Technology Consulting and the technical career journey. EsteemLogic provides a hybrid apprenticeship and employment approach aimed to remove the impediments to success that often impact a large pool of untapped talent resulting in a workforce ready to consult and deliver in demand information technology solutions. Ms. Francis specializes in strategic planning, business automation, cyber, and training. Over her nearly 20-year career, she led design, development and implementation of large enterprise technical and cyber solutions for Department of Defense, Federal and commercial organizations. She also worked closely with organizations to hire, train, coach and retain diverse technical talent.

Ms. Francis received her BA from Georgetown University in Psychology and MS from George Washington University in Information Systems Management. Ms. Francis is passionate about education, equity, empowerment, and innovation. She serves as an advisory board member for a Community Development Financial Institute, is a member of Pipeline Angels, and serves as a strategy and business mentor to many entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs in tech. Ms. Francis enjoys watching "This is Us" with her husband Elliott and cheering on her kids Nyla(10) and Evan (9) in everything they do! She also enjoys time with her 2 year-old Newfoundland, Onyx.
