Her career in tech began at the Apple Genius Bar in New York City, where she advanced from a part-time sales role to a full-time trainer position leading seminars on everything from software features to syncing and backing up data. Fascinated by what made Apple products work beyond hardware and device functionality, Kristin started learning development on her own and applied to General Assembly. She is a graduate of the web development immersive program. Kristin’s specialties include HTML, CSS/Sass, JavaScript, Node, D3, Angular and her personal favorite – React. Her current focus is building custom applications that draw meaningful insights from data.
