Kristen is a lover of living in the slashes. She is an entrepreneur / designer / facilitator / coach / dancer / aspiring baker. She started her first business in college, flipping foreclosures during the economic recession in 2008. Quick success allowed her time to start two more small businesses in jewelry design and experience production while serving as the Executive Director of an award-winning, nonprofit dance company. Since then, she has led a variety of projects such as fundraising for a nutrition program for malnourished children in Philippines, producing a private retreat for women founders and investors, designing a Kickstarter-backed connection card game, and launching a Filipino food company. In parallel, she started a corporate career at Google where she held a variety of roles from operations to leadership development to venture capital. She now happily splits her time between running her food business and leading the Design Operations team at Stripe.
