Kristen Bashaw is the Director of Learning & Development at Imperative, an organization devoted to increasing purpose and meaning in the workplace. With a diverse background that spans criminology, private investigations, journalism, creative writing, academia, and finance -- it's fair to say that Kristen took the long road before discovering her true calling as an adult educator. Today, she designs and delivers the learning strategy for Imperative with a laser-focused mission to make the science of purpose accessible, relatable, and understandable. In her free time, Kristen is a devout yoga practitioner and hiker. She is also active in Seattle's competitive storytelling community.
