Krissy Scoufis is the VP of Usability, Accessibility and User Research at Regions Bank. She is a user experience strategist, researcher, visual designer and mentor. She has spent the last two decades evangelizing Human Centered Design and promoting Design Thinking strategies for companies in diverse industries across the United States. She is the founder of the UX Ambassador Communities of Practice and the Tampa Bay UX Meetup group and which was awarded the Meetup of the Year in 2018. Her mission is to help user centered research strategies shift left in the product development cycle to ensure the right products are being built in the right way.
