Kole Hainz is a Product Manager at Yello—the leading provider of talent acquisition and relationship management software. Kole has over 8 years’ experience creating enterprise software solutions used daily by companies ranging from Nordstrom to Grainger as well as consumer-facing applications for clients including Starbucks, L’Oréal and Twitter.

Kole came to product management by way of user experience design, by way of development, by way of journalism. Using his multifaceted background and broad experience, he takes a user-centric approach to managing his product teams and steering his products’ direction.

When not obsessing over his products’ success metrics, he can be found biking all over Chicago, trying to learn German and waiting for Carly Rae Jepsen’s new album.
