Before relocating to Hong Kong in 2011, Kitee had lived and worked in Japan for 10 years and was one of the top billing consultants with Robert Walters Tokyo. She bought her IT contracting recruitment expertise to the Hong Kong office and has continued to build her presence in the market since she joined the IT contract division in 2011.
In 2016, Kitee was promoted to Manager of the IT Commerce division. She leads a team of consultants to recruit IT professionals on a permanent basis for organisations across the commerce sector and IT services providers.
Kitee graduated from University of Technology Sydney, majoring in Management of Tourism and International Studies.
