After graduating from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire with a degree in Management, Kirk received a job as an account Account Executive for US Bank in 2013. Shortly after, Kirk moved to Colorado in September 2015 to pursue a career in Denver's booming tech industry. He found a job at a Digital Advertising company called Choozle. Kirk was originally hired to be a Sales Development Representative, but quickly shifted focus towards Sales Operations due to company needs. In this role, Kirk became the Salesforce Administrator in which he helped the sales team run smoothly and efficiently, handled all inbound leads and began constructing Key Performance Indicator's for Choozle's executive team.
After a year at Choozle, Kirk switched rolls to become the Business Intelligence Manager. As the BI Manager he analyzes Choozle's data in order to find strengths and weaknesses. Kirk calculates KPI's such as Revenue Churn, Average Lifetime Value, Customer Acquisition Cost and more. Although Kirk didn't have a background in data, he is eager to learn more efficient ways pull and analyze Choozle's through different data softwares.
